The 3 Companies project is a joint UNISON/Service Employees International Union (SEIU) organising initiative which aims to organise and recruit within three global catering companies: Compass, Sodexo and Aramark.

Compass (Medirest, Chartwells)
UK company operating in 90 countries with contracts in 130 NHS trusts. Annual turnover: £1.9 billion in the UK alone.
Aramark US company
Employs 12,500 staff on public service contracts in the UK Annual UK revenue of £400 million.
